Flank Steak comes from the belly of the calf, below the 'short loin'. It is a well-exercised part of the calf, which makes it less tender but particularly tasty due to its fatty structure.
Baking | Ideal for grilling and frying. However, care must be taken due to its hard structure so that it softens during cooking.
