1. Shipping Areas
We proudly deliver throughout Greece, including the mainland and the islands. See specifically which postal codes we deliver to.
2. Delivery Times
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
- Attica: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. *
- Mainland Greece: 1–3 business days *
- Islands and Remote Areas: 2–5 business days *

3. Shipping Costs
- Within Attica: Free for orders over €50, otherwise €3
- Within Attica – Remote Postal Codes: Free for orders over €100, otherwise €5
- Outside Attica: €8
4. Refrigerated Shipping
All meat products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive fresh and safe. Our packaging is designed to maintain the ideal temperature for up to 48 hours.
5. Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
